What types of photography do you offer?

I offer family portrait sessions, couple sessions, senior photos, newborn photos, maternity photos, event photography, small wedding and elopement photography, business photography, travel and adventure photography, boudoir photography, landscape photography, home photography, pet photography, and more. What type of lighting do you use?

I am mainly a natural light photographer. I love how the light reflects the true to life experience and aesthetic. I will however use flash in certain lighting situations at my discretion. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment is always due in full at the time of your session after you pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to reserve your date and time. 

Where are you located?

I am located in Sugar Land, Texas. The majority of clients are also in the Sugar Land area so therefore that is where I do a majority of my sessions. I am happy to travel to other parts of Houston and other cities in Texas and beyond Texas. I shoot in a variety of locations such as parks, trails, beaches, urban areas, residential areas, in-home settings, studio settings, and more. Most of my work is outdoor, natural light work because I love the outdoors, however some sessions call for an indoor shoot and I will still apply my same style and aesthetic to indoor spaces. 

Do you work with children of all ages and abilities?

I LOVE working with kids! There is something truly genuine and authentic about children and I love capturing their personalities. I am a mom myself and started my adult career life as a teacher. I will be patient and not pushy to help make your kids comfortable during the session. I am also more than happy to accommodate your child's needs, please let me know ahead of time if there is anything I need to be aware of before working with you and your family. 

What is your typical turn around time?

It is always my goal to get my clients their photos in a timely manner. On average I deliver galleries within two weeks. Session turn around time will be longer depending on the nature of the session and the editing required. 

How much editing do you do?

I believe humans are beautiful as they are. I am true to life photographer and choose to do minimal photoshop work. I will deliver a work of art I am truly proud of which may include edits such as temperature adjustments, exposure adjustments, straightening, cropping, and applying settings that create my signature aesthetic. As needed, I will also edit blemishes or remove distractions from the background. It is always my goal to position you in ways that are flattering. If your personal preference is to have a fine tune edited photo that includes a lot of blemish removal, smoothing, head swapping, background removal, etc. extra editing fees will be charged. 

Do you offer mini sessions?

Yes, I offer multiple opportunities through out the year for shorter sessions. These sessions can not be booked on their own and can only be booked as part of a mini session event. The minimum amount of time I will book for an individual session is 30min. To know when I will be offering mini sessions, please follow me on FB and IG. 

Do you offer discounts?

The only discount currently offered is a cash payment discount. When you pay in cash for your session you will not be charged tax. At certain times of year I will post promotions to my FB and IG for clients to take advantage of. 

Can I bring a pet to my session?

Furry and feathered friends are welcome to sessions, but I ask you bring a helper along to manage your pet when they are not part of photos. Please also let me know if your pet has any triggers before the session so that we can all stay safe.
